I am Srimugunthan and my expertise is in Datascience &AI. I have 10+ years of experience in Analytics and Datascience.

As Datascience-Technical Lead, my expertise and key value proposition is to help organisations with finding AI use cases, build and develop AI models, deploy models into production and realise returns on investment(ROI) of AI/ML projects.

I have a proven track record of delivering and deploying ML models. I have been involved in ~10 Machine learning projects and deployed 6 machine learning models into production. With a Masters in computer science and a MBA in product management, I can combine technical skills with business acumen to deliver value

I am currently employed as Datascience-projectLead. I am responsible for the total team output for data driven insights , design, development , delivery and deployment of these data science and machine learning models. I am responsible for communicating and representing the team to external and internal stakeholders

Some of the business problems I have worked on are:
* Models to predict financial fraud.
* Models to enhance digital experience of customers using financial services.
* AI and machine learning driven predictive capabilities at all stages of the funnel in e-commerce website. Personalisation driven Affinity models, propensity models and recommendation models guide what to show for a customer on the website which directly translate to conversion metrics
* models for predictive analytics for call center optimisation.
* AI driven workforce coaching and optimisation
